During the 2010 Coast Guard Festival Anthony’s Kicked Up Catering proudly donated a total of 600 meals to the men and women of the United States Coast Guard and their families. The donation was Chef Anthony’s way of saying “THANK YOU”.

“The whole week went very well for us”, stated Chef Anthony. Our famous Fish Taco was a top seller, followed closely by our Pulled Pork Sandwich.  Word spread quickly about the quality of our food and we were swamped by locals and tourists alike”.

Chef Anthony was very busy all week and on Saturday he wasn’t about to give up. He was determined to keep serving the people of Grand Haven (and our guests). Even with the enormous crowd that attended the Festival, it seems that everyone knew where to find Chef Anthony. Next year he is considering being in the parade, but like he said, “during the Coast Guard Festive there’s no time for fun. We have our customers to serve and that’s my first priority”.
