Our unique catering business has one large advantage.   We have a dining room open to the public for lunch daily from 10am-3pm. Chef Anthony and his crew are happy to invite you in for a tasting prior to making any menu decisions. With advanced notice and a small charge to cover the items prepared, you can sample some of the items you may be interested in and base your decision making on taste rather than description.
