We have a special connection with the Gonnella Bakery in Chicago.  They produce some the of the best bread available in the industry.  Not only are they one of the oldest existing bakeries, established  in 1886, they only produce top quality breads with premium ingredients. We have special steam injected convection ovens specifically for baking bread and we keep it busy baking fresh Gonnella bread daily.  Anthony's Kicked Up Catering purchases several varieties of frozen top quality dough from the Chicago bakery and we thaw, proof , and bake it fresh starting at around 8am every morning. We also have all the following types of bread loaves available by 24 hrs advanced order as well as our our white and wheat sandwich rolls which are available anytime.   As always, after 2pm and throughout the following day it's a dollar a loaf sold as "day old".  Fresh loaves are $3.85 and frozen "proof & bake" loaves are $3.50.

We think we have the Best Carrot Cake Anywhere and fantastic real NY Style Cheese Cake.  We have combined the two and created our "Carrot Cake Cheese Cake with Cream Cheese Icing". It's Amazing!
