Anthony's Kicked up Catering specializes in events from 15 to 800 people. Chef Anthony is available to do private dinner parties as well as outdoor BBQ's, cooking demos for gourmet clubs or other groups of 15 or larger. CORPORATE CATERING:

Chef Anthony has extensive experience in corporate catering for both large events and small office luncheons or breakfasts.  You will find our deli / boxed lunch and catering menus offer many great choices for any event.   Corporate accounts can be established for frequent users.  We do offer free boxed lunch delivery to businesses in the tri-city area with a minimum $20 order and to the surrounding areas for a minimal delivery charge.  For Corporate accounts outside the tri-city area your boxed lunch delivery charge will be waived once your account is established.  Please sign up for our weekly specials email on the home page to receive a once a week email featuring our creative specials to add more variety to your lunch options.

WEDDINGS AND PRIVATE EVENTS:

We can accommodate all types of wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, graduation parties, summer barbecues, or even upscale private home parties.  Our crew can plan and coordinate all aspects of the event from a pig roast or basic buffet to an elegant upscale dining experience with all the bells and whistles.  We have many venues available and are willing to help secure the perfect location for your special day if one is needed.  We are not currently licensed to provide liquor however we work very closely with several professional licensed vendors who can accommodate any and all alcohol and bar tending needs.  We work closely with other local companies who supply us with everything from high class table decorations and chair covers to wedding cakes and photographers and would be happy to put you in touch with any of them or handle it on your behalf for a seamless event.

Most of our prices are per person and include a full meal for each of your guests. Most entrees include a main dish with two side items, and dinner rolls with butter. Items such as cookies, salads, homemade soups, and fresh baked breads are extra.  Your price per-person can be adjusted to incorporate additional items.  An industry standard 18% - 22% service charge will be applied for all full service catering orders (not on boxed lunch orders) and will cover the cost of linens and table decor for serving table, warmers and fuel, paper goods, utensils, condiments, as well as cups.

Servers for your event are available at the rate of $15 per hour with a minium 3 hour charge. Other items such as china, silverware, linens, table or chair covers, displays, full bar service with paid or cash bar, etc can also be arranged for any event.

We have a special connection with the Gonnella Bakery in Chicago.  They produce some the of the best bread available in the industry.  Not only are they one of the oldest existing bakeries, established  in 1886, they only produce top quality breads with premium ingredients. We have special steam injected convection ovens specifically for baking bread and we keep it busy baking fresh Gonnella bread daily.  Anthony's Kicked Up Catering purchases several varieties of frozen top quality dough from the Chicago bakery and we thaw, proof , and bake it fresh starting at around 8am every morning. We also have all the following types of bread loaves available by 24 hrs advanced order as well as our our white and wheat sandwich rolls which are available anytime.   As always, after 2pm and throughout the following day it's a dollar a loaf sold as "day old".  Fresh loaves are $3.85 and frozen "proof & bake" loaves are $3.50.

We think we have the Best Carrot Cake Anywhere and fantastic real NY Style Cheese Cake.  We have combined the two and created our "Carrot Cake Cheese Cake with Cream Cheese Icing". It's Amazing!
