I have finished my first blog entry for the new Tri-Cities section of www.mlive.com and it should be live on the site sometime this week. I have been asked to write a continuing series of entries for the site along with other local businesses and the focus on this blog will be informative and interactive but focused on food not Kicked Up Catering. The entries will be found under the heading Its No Bull with Chef Anthony Gonnella. I will discuss seasonal foods, techniques, ethnic cuisine, and hot trends. I will keep you posted as to all the food based activities in the Tri- Cities area as well. I invite people to email me questions (at blog@itsnobull.com also posted in the blog) that I can publish and discuss in upcoming blog entries. In addition I will be teaching a series of classes at Bekins demo kitchen here in Grand Haven starting with bbq techniques pork ribs starting in Jan 2011.
