A typical perception is that catered food is bland and tasteless. Unfortunately that's all to often true. In fact, the majority of catered foods are commercially processed- what we call "heat and serve". While this may be suitable for some palates, we like to kick things up a bit. "I believe catered food should taste like it was made in your favorite restaurant-not in a cafeteria"
